Partner Details
The SPAR subsidiaries in Slovenia, Hungary and the Czech Republic implemented a SAPERION solution for SAP data and document archiving. Data from completed business processes is moved into the SAPERION archive to reduce the size of the original SAP database. Still, the data is accessible from within SAP if neccessary. In addition to database re-organisation all archived documents may be linked to the corresponding business processes represented in SAP. For example, SPAR scans more than 5,000 invoice documents per day and, after automatic indexing, archives them in SAPERION.
Berner GmbH, the holding company of the Berner group, implemented a SAPERION system for SAP data archiving. All Berner locations in Germany and abroad have installed SAPERION to substitute for an old archiving system. 1,300 employees will have access to the electronic archive. In addition to compliance with regulatory requirements SAPERION enables more efficient business processes and increased transparency.
Trailfinders, one of UK's leading travel agencies, implemented a SAPERION contract management solution. All customer contracts are archived in SAPERION. The solution has been integrated into Trailfinder's existing Lotus Notes and Microsoft Office systems.
