Overview
In the current economic environment, more and more companies are confronted with the necessity of completing business processes in less time. At the same time, legal requirements regarding documentation of processes and decisions create new layers of challenges on top of the need to maintain high product quality.
Previously separate, the concepts of Business Intelligence and Business Process Management now have something of a symbiotic relationship referred to as Business Activity Monitoring (BAM), which gives firms a way to exploit new areas of potential.
