If your presentation is included in the conference agenda, you can attend the convention for free.

Don’t forget to register as a participant

ensure your ability to participate in the convention, please also register as a participant. By registering as a participant, you will be ensured admission to the convention even if your proposal is not included in the agenda.

What should the presentations be like?

• There will be 30 minutes for each presentation, including questions and the time required to switch rooms. For this reason, your presentation should take no more than 25 minutes.
• Presentations should be well organized, user-oriented, and clearly explain how the software has added value.
  

How can I become a speaker at the fourth SAPERION Users Convention?

Please send us an E-Mail by February 28, 2010.

We will need a descriptive summary of your proposed topic in order to assess whether it can be included in the convention. Therefore, please make sure that your material complies with the guidelines provided below.

Guidelines for submitting presentations for the fourth SAPERION Users Convention:

• Prospective presentations should offer value for the conference participants. Therefore, please avoid topics that are promotional in nature.
• Our primary aim is to have an interesting agenda with a great deal of variety. For this reason, if two presentations have the same quality and subject, we will prefer to include a speaker who has not presented before.
• Presentations are selected in coordination with the SAPERION User Group.
