The orderer will provide the hotel with the following information about the guests:
- first and last name as well as title of the guest
- arrival and departure dates
- address of the guests
- requests with regard to smoking or non-smoking rooms
- credit card number with valid expiration date for each guest respectively
No-Shows:
The Orderer is required to indicate the participant that in case of a binding booking the hotel has the right to request a contract-compensation of 90% of the respective roomrate for one night should the guest not return the room up till 24h before the arrival date and cancel his booking.
